Weekly Photo Challenge: Resolved

Picture taken by me in Tana Toraja territory near by Rantepao (Sulawesi region – Indonesia) – September 2011

This post is inspired by the Weekly Photo Challenge: Resolved.

In rice plantations this is how people manage to cross from side to side little rivers which nourish the rice plantations! May seem out of this world and time, for us accustomed to cement and architecture at man’s service, as well as all of our technology.. to me, this seems to resolve in a much more natural and effective way an obstacle and mostly it does that in harmony with the environment and the surrounding nature!
